ABOUT US
Mr-Inspect.com although first formed in early 2004 originated many years ago from a seed of an idea from our founder and president Brian Moore at a much earlier time. The basic format of which was to form a Nationwide service related home inspection company that would cater to the needs of the buying public rather than to the desires of real estate agents or companies.
A company formed with the principles of loyalty and fiduciary responsibilities that would always fall to the side of the client and not our referral customers i.e. Real estate agents. At it's core.
A company where the Golden rule is at the forefront of our customer service policy. Where erring on the side of the customer in the rule and not the exception.
WE ARE NOT MINIMALISTS
Most other home inspection companies train their inspectors to some national standards from one of several national organizations such as NAHI, ASHI, NACHI or some other organization and are careful to make sure that they say so often and openly. What they do not tell you however is that the also train and encourage their inspectors to be minimalists in their reporting. Training their inspectors to place each inspection “Issue” in the best possible light. Making that “problem” seem as small as possible so as not to “Kill” the deal and offend the referring real estate person. That means you, the paying client do not get the benefit of a realistic appraisal of any issue. This happens even when companies do not train their inspectors in this fashion, although most do. The reason for this is fairly simple, you the client are seen once or twice while the agents are seen constantly, creating a blurring of the clear cut lines of loyalty. Minimalism has another name, we call if lying plain and simple.

DOUBLE DIPPING
 Another common practice in the home inspection industry often practiced by both Home Inspection and engineering firms alike is something called double dipping. The practice of intentionally killing the first and sometimes the second deal in order to gain repeat business from the buyer to the tune of one, two or three inspection fees. This is done by just the opposite of minimalism or over inflating small issues into LARGE PROBLEMS.
Thus encouraging the transaction to fail.

Although home sales sometimes do not go through we guarantee that it will never be through any intent on our part. Nothing pleases us better than to see your inspection go smoothly and you get that dream home you have been waiting for, but if it doesn’t happen that way, be reassured that it is solely because we have done our job properly.
INSURANCE
Mr-Inspect.com carries errors and omissions insurance in addition to general liability. That means if we fail call out an issue with an inspectable item or through and error or omission or fail to inspect a visible structure item according to national standards as set by NAHI/NACHI/ASHI you are covered by our insurance.
OUR INSPECTORS
Our inspectors are highly skilled professional home inspectors with either extensive backgrounds in the skilled trades or the engineering fields, chosen first for their professionalism and communication skills. Then they must pass our stringent standards of excellence for honesty and integrity. Then they are trained by Mr-Inspect.com to our own standards of excellence. And if this is not enough they must perform several practice inspections and then apprentice with and experienced inspector before they are allowed to serve you. And with our continuing education requirements and the extensive inspector assistance and information network available to all our inspectors, answers to your questions are never more than a phone call or a click away.
OUR FOUNDER
Brian Moore was a highly skilled home inspector with thirty years background in home inspection, custom building and contracting and a franchisee with one of Americas national franchise companies when he,  after seeing some of the abuses spoken of earlier decided to start his own company with the intent of giving the American public a nationally based company founded on godly principles and ethics, the golden rule being a dominant theme. Giving glory to god and honoring all those of good moral character. The Bible says, “ A man who is excellent at his job will stand before kings”. A licensed minister and theologian Brian Moore has dedicated his life the pursuit of godly excellence and service.
WHO REFFERS US
Much of our business is built on referrals; referrals come from former clients and customers, real estate professionals and attorneys as well as those whose homes we have inspected for others. While we do solicit business from real estate people, our focus is in direct marketing to the public, after all that is where are loyalty lays. We have confidence that the real estate professionals who do refer us are of good honest character and if not they usually don’t refer us twice.
